This course is the third in a series covering New Mexico’s Multi-Layer System of Supports (MLSS) framework.  In this course, you will learn about the work of schools and school/district leadership to support the implementation and success of MLSS.

MLSS is a data-driven, prevention-based framework for improving learning outcomes for every student using a layered continuum of evidence-based practices and systems.

Participants in this third course covering school supports for MLSS will be given the opportunity to:

• Understand the role of the school in implementing and supporting MLSS
• Learn about specific categories of supports schools provide to educators in MLSS schools
• Familiarize yourself with the process of building support for MLSS within a school and implementing the program successfully
