This is the first course in the Culturally & Linguistically Responsive (CLR) Instruction: Changing Perspectives series.  The How Can I Become a CLR Instruction Believer? course aims to support two educational approaches for you to employ in meeting the academic and socio-emotional needs of culturally and linguistically diverse students in New Mexico schools: Culturally Responsive Pedagogy (CRP) and CLR Instruction; and prioritizes building capacity to transform instructional practices to ensure effective CLR teaching practices.

With this purpose, the course is designed in three modules to structure, support, and sustain CRP and CLR Instruction. This course will help you to acquire the knowledge, skills, and understanding that are needed to serve effectively ALL students, but specifically culturally and linguistically diverse students.
