To assist schools with dyslexia screening, This Mississippi Dyslexia Therapy Association in partnership with William Carey University has developed the Teach Me to Read Dyslexia Screener.  This screener is a traditional paper / pencil screener that teachers will score immediately after giving it to the student.  This screener allows the teacher to access information like specific items that the student missed, which can help target instruction.
