Full course description
This course on related services for students with disabilities is designed for school social workers. The modules within this course are designed to increase understanding of frameworks, professional standards, responsibilities, and strategies that promote ethical and inclusive social work practices that benefit all students. Through a variety of engagement activities, readings, and case studies, participants will learn about evidence-based practices to support social-emotional and behavioral development, explore strategies for collaborating with families, learn about community resources, and how to advocate for equitable systems that remove barriers to student success.
