Full course description
The Foundations in Substitute Teaching Practices online substitute training course is a self-paced training that is offered by the NMPED Educator Growth and & Development Bureau along with the Curriculum & Instruction Bureau.
This course is designed to assist in providing strategies and some best practices in performing the responsibilities of a substitute teacher reporting to a job assignment in a district or charter school across the state of New Mexico.
Participants who successfully complete all components of the course will earn a certificate of completion.
